Chrysler 300 SRT8

I saw one of these in the church parking lot Sunday morning and thought about Forrest, a friend who drives a non-SRT8 model and parks in the same general area. It was there again Sunday night, as was Forrest and his wife, but I didn't see Forrest's 300. The same SRT8 was in the parking lot in the same general area where Forrest usually parks his. The SRT had dealer tags and was quite the looker. So, I struck up a conversation with Forrest and got around to asking if the new SRT in the parking lot was his. He admitted to it, kind of apologetically, and his wife joked about it being his new "hot rod". I was surprised that it was his. He turned 91 on his last birthday and just recently recuperated from breaking his hip..... when he fell off his ladder after doing some repairs to his roof at his two story house!
