I am writing a letter to Chrysler Customer Service in Auburn Hills, Mich. regarding some warrenty concerns I have.



I am curious if anyone has a "NAME" of a Chrysler Executive in Customer Service that I could direct my letter to in the hopes it may be actually read and hopefully evoke a "real response" as opposed to "generic form letter reply. "
