Happy Birthday BigDaddy!!!

We are contemplating vehicle shifting within the family. Do any of you all knowing ones have any experience with the new Chrysler Pacifica? We like the stable look and feel and rarely have more than 4 in the vehicle so the rear bucket seats look like a winner. .

I watched a program just the other day where they were testing 5 mpd impacts into a pole, they did it front back and on an angle to th efront, the Pacifica was the worst as far as damage and repair costs, it tied with the Saturn rig. I know you didnt want to hear this but maybe its best to stay away?

Cheers, Kevin

I backed into a wooden fence post in '84. Haven't bumped into anything since. I like the Pacifica and if the Mrs said she wanted one, we'd go pick one out today. She says she doesn't recall ever backing into a poll of any kind. ;)

Too bad your in the Phoenix area. Mom sells all of the C products of DC in South east Iowa. Unfortionatly, she also sells furds and mercs.

My sister just bough this car. I drove it and it does ok but not as much power as the bigger Chryslers... . but it does have good airbags and it also has the autostick where you can use the stick like a manual...

handles nice and good ride... .

there's one in the driveway

wifey has a new toy as of Saturday afternoon. Every option but two, no AWD and no onboard telephone system. Impressive vehicle, very plush and an out of this world sound system. something like 11 speakers. mama is happy and papa can't complain ;)

I'm waiting on the new Dodge Magnum that's supposed to be coming out next spring. Rear wheel drive, Hemi power - looks interesting. It's on the same platform as the new Chrysler 300M that's due out about the same time.
