2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission cigerett and dash power

I had my stereo out today and got a good look at why i dont have a lighter outlet or the other dash outlet. I did see a plug spot and was wondering if thats where they plug into. Im missing the wireing from the outlets to the plug (i think) is there a part # for the wire harness i have the outlets. thankx

I had my door panels off today and was wondering what these plugs are. If one is the power mirrors and how come powervision didnt have a plug to use this for power instead of running a seperate power
