Ck Eng light codes indicate Turbo

My check engine light has gone on and off occasionally. The error codes indicate a problem with the Turbo. But after engine sits and cools, on re-start the light is off and the turbo works for a while. sometimes the turbo even works when the light is ON. Is there a sensor that may be causing this intermittent activity? Is there a way to test for it? And replace it?
This is a 2014 3500 DRW Diesel Turbo with 98,000 miles.

Sounds like another turbo begging for a City Diesel Actuator. Geno’s has them.

EDankievitch, thats exactly where I was looking. I watched the video. I'm going to get the turbo actuator tested with the Commander.
