clanking noise after installing 315s

I just installed my H2s with 315s and now I can hear a noise coming from the front end when going across small bumps. I retightened the lugs to make sure and I don't see any interference except a little on the wheel well. I can't see the back of the A arm but it doesn't sound like a hard metal hit just like something is loose. Has anyone had this problem before? This is a 2wd if that makes a difference.
