clean injector

I am just now posting this cuz I'm lazy and haven't had time to get on the computer in a while. I posted a while back that I had a engine miss well at about 25000 I decided to buy injectors good for 100 hp. went to the shop to have then installed watched the guy do all the work a couple of funny things happened first couldn't get the connector tube out of injector 4 finally got it with a slammer hammer (scary) when it came out we noticed that who ever put it in at the factory didn't line up the tube and the injector correctly. when he pulled the injector it looked brand new no carbon at all (huh). it gets better, we finally get the new injectors in and roll it on the dyno and I got a whooping 7 hp out of the injectors and to top it off the truck would barely idle. so we put the old ones back in and I left. this being said I still have know idea why #4 was so clean I figure it is not firing any ideas. I continue to get a ecm communication error and the dodge house said they have never seen it or heard of it. thanks for the help.

PS when we pulled the performance injectors out #4 was still clean
