The beauty of the 24v is that I can adjust the box to make more smoke and power, and turn it down when I don't need it.

Current set up:2001 HO, Edge Juice with attitude, SBC con-ofe, BHAF. 4. 10, (Installing a pdr35/40, and water/meth stage2, that I will install after the injectors).

Looking for some clean injectors 40-100HP, I know they are not all made equal, Hoping to learn from your experience. I am at sea level, and tow 4-8k often, but not more than 12k. Mach 1 are tops from what I understand but pricey...

1) what would be a guys opinion on a second (budget choice)?

2) without needing to be too careful, what is the largest HP injector I can install that will not smoke when I have the box off. (I drive in the city and don't want to tick people off... . unintentionally :-laf )

Have heard some EDM injectors are low quality and may break. I thought a lot of manufactures wer using extrude honed, is that old style now?

Bosch 275 (clean but not enough power???)

Jammers are EDM -- leaning towards stage2 80HP

Scheid lighting use Bosch nozzle from a different application.

your thoughts are appreciated.

I'd recommend the Jammer 3's. Here is a deal that is hard to beat. These are what I have and I am very happy with them. I tow a 7k travel trailer and have no problem EGT wise. I usually tow with Comp on 1x3 and this lowers EGTs by 100* or so. On flat highway, pulling at 70 with TT in tow, EGTs are in the 750 to 850 range. With the Comp off they don't really smoke hardly at all - maybe a little poof if I stomp on it from a dead stop. With Comp or Smarty on full it will smoke like a freight train if I want. I was told the story about the potential for the tips to break off too. I'm sure it can happen, but probably is a lot more likely of you are into seriously punishing your engine (pulling, etc. ).

thanks for the helps, I have been practicing smoke control with the juice/comp on 2x5, 3x5, and 4x5.

Hoping for smoke levels similar to 3x5 with the injectors as my base.

Will the jammer 3 be more than that?

Hard to remember for sure since it was a while ago now. I think the jammer 3s are somewhere like 3x5 or 4x5 on the comp.

275's and juice w/attitude is the best set up for me, I just Dumped some EDM's stage 2's and slapped on the 275's and boy will I tell you how much better the truck operated:)
