Clean out your cookies!

Just cleaned out my cookies and then tried to post to the TDR. Needless to say I had to reregister. I then returned to "cookies" just to see what a reload of the TDR did. You'll be amazed! TDR loaded a total of 84 line items and 150KB total of cookies. Is this normal? Does every site I become a member of do this? No wonder hard drives have to gett larger and larger!

Cookies

Cookie specs say a single domain can set up to 32 permanent cookies and the max cookie file size is 4 megabytes. Once it hits 4 meg, cookies are removed based on their age.



Every time you view a page, the ad sets a cookie so it will know the proper page to send you to if you click it. These cookies are session cookies so they go way once you exit your browser. That could be the reason you see all the cookies but they go away automatically.
