Im looking for a set of clear or smoke clearance light lenses, don't need the whole light, any suggestions?Recon has them, but wont sell just the lens.

No one makes them.

You have to buy the full Recon set. Cheap and easy to install.

I have pictures of the clear cab lights on my 2nd gen ill see if i can get them posted

I've got the RECON clear cab roof lights that I'm going to replace the stock ones with and noticed the sockets are not interchangeable. Wonder what the best and easiest way is to splice the RECON sockets to the stock wiring?

Why do you want to go back to stock?

I'm sorry, I guess a did not state my question clearly. I am replacing the stock lights with the clear RECON's and the sockets are not interchangeable.

Ahhhhh. OK

Just go by Radio Shack and buy some crimp connectors.

I left just enough wire on the stock units, so I could use them again if I wanted too. There will be plenty of extra slack wire to use.

Thats about what I had planned on doing, but wondered if there was some sort of trick adaptor thingy that would plug into the stock socket so I would'nt have to cut. Nice pics on the RV thread.

I did mine plus the tail lights for about $5. "Night Shades" spray from the local parts store. Just took them out and sprayed them. Then put them back 15 min later after they dried.
