Clearing the malfunction indicator light

Today, I inadvertently left the wire for the air temp/pressure sensor disconnected on my AFE intake. After driving a while, the malfunction indicator light iluminated. I've hooked it back up, but the light has stayed on. Is there a simple way to get this light to go back out (clearing it in some way)?

Now that you have re connected it, the light should go out in about 4 normal starts. The code will remain, however. You can get that cleared for free at Autozone. Mine clears in about that many starts.

The code will go away as well after a givin number of starts (40?).

It's either 5 or 6 starts before the little amber engine light goes off.

disconnect both batteries for about ten minutes. hook them back up and everything will be gone.
