Click on site in site, blank page ???

Hi...



i've noticed since yesterday on my computer that when i'm reading someone's threads and there's a link inside their thread that when i click on it, a blank page comes up and that's it, i've tried going through my settings but can't find anything that will change it, also i've not changed anything new, also i have XP program, no problems with it since last years install.

Try holding your shift key down and then click on refresh. That will reload the page bypassing your cache. I haven't heard of this problem from anyone else and just tried it myself and it's working fine here.

Found answer to problem..

Called MS direct this morning, for some reason 4 files went missing or corrupt, so they gave me the 4 files names to type/enter, so if you ever click on a link an a empty page comes up, here's what you do...

click on Start>Run>type:regsvr32 shdocvw. dll

[hit enter]

regsvr32 browseui. dll

[hit enter]

regsvr32 mshtml. dll

[hit enter]

regsvr32 urlmon. dll

[hit enter]

there's a space after 32, type each one separately then enter.

and my problem is solved.
