After pulling a 7,800 lb. dump trailer, I recently found out I now have TSB 02-04-00 Rev A (squeaking/clicking noise from rear leaf springs)

Have 62k miles on truck. Has anyone done the fix for this TSB? Any info would be appreciated.

Starting to wonder if the opposite of "built Ford tough" is "built Dodge wimpy":p

Wish Cummins made the truck:D

Let me get this striaght, you think 'cause you have squeaky leafs, your truck is built whimpy?

The problem has nothin' to do with the thing fallin' apart, they just install some anti-rattle clips, not a big issue tho. Takes them less than an hour to do.

Later, Rob

Try clickin' the TSB link on the top of the page, or do a search, it works now.

If you think a little rattle makes your dodge weak you are mistaken and deserve a ford I have had both and trust this no ford has ever given me the service and dependabilty of my dodges like the 93 I had with well over. 500k never a single problem Be happy with the fine vehicle you have and do what you have to do to keep it up to YOUR standards. Good luck and best regards on your quest for perfection. :--)
