I just bought a 2018 3500 DRW. It has 1600 miles on it so far. When you apply the brakes I get a clicking noise for the drivers rear wheel. It only does it with the brakes are applied and changes with speed. Faster you go clicking is faster. Once you let off the brakes it goes away. I pulled the wheels and there is nothing obvious.

I'm 2hrs away from a dealer and was hoping someone could give me some insight.

I'm not familiar with the shape of the pad's on the 2018 truck, but some/most pads have a tab that is to be bent towards the caliper casting when installed. The casting of the caliper isn't an exact casting and where the pad intersects isn't usually a machine surface... so the tab is tapped with a hammer at installation to prevent it from making a rattle when the brake pedal is pressed...

Go and look at the photos of your pads... if you see a bent tab, that's bent at 90 * to the friction surface that's usually the case... The tab is usually about 3/8 wide or so... usually its just a small tap with a hammer..

I hope I have described in a way you understand... If you pads don't have the bend over tabs, than I'd examine the hardware that secures the pads to the calipers, as one of those anti-rattle pieces of hardware is loose or incorrectly installed..
