2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Clicking noise

Hi. Posted a while back wanting to know how to diagnose a failing u joint. Thought I had one because of a clicking noise coming from front. Well nothing has changed and u joints are fine. Still experiencing clicking noise, don't even want to put the windows down. Jacked front end up and spun both wheels and could not get it to happen, but when truck is in gear and moving it happens. I will say that I started hearing it not long after the posi lock cable install, not sure if related or not. I wouldn't think could be anything too major I have put a couple thousand miles on it since hearing the noise just annoying
