Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Climate control blower motor?

I have a 2002 Dodge Ram 2500 Cummins with 242,000 miles and just recently the climate control blower only works in high speed. The low and medium positions do not work. I have not taken anything apart so I don not know exactly but curious if anyone out there has had the same issue and how was the problem resolved. Thanks and looking forward to anyone's reply.

Sounds like the dropping resistors are not getting 12 volt feed., or they have both opened. I'd check for 12 volts at the resistors, and check resistance of each resistor. Could be a loose or failed wire connection at the switch.
