2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission climate control--Help, Its hot in here

I have a 99 , 3500 Dodge dually with climate control problems. I can only get heat out of my ducts. What do I need to look for? Thanks

Need to check the blend door in the heater/evap box. Maybe a vac line off? Hopefully it's not broke - real pain to change - drop the whole dash.

Similar problem only mine is either all the way hot or cold. No in between which is a pain and I have not found an answer to the problem yet. I was thinking mine might be a reostat or something. I hope your questions helps me too.
