Closing In on 48K

I'm within 100 miles of rolling over 48K miles. My truck has been troublefree... ... . knock on wood. Can anyone tell me what I can expect and what I need to look for other than the scheduled maintenance in the OM? I tend to overmaintain my truck, and I do not abuse it or work it hard. If anything, it is a daily driver to/from work unloaded with occasional trips to haul wood or an enclosed motorcycle trailer weighing roughly 4K lbs. Thanks

My 04. 5 also has 48,000 mi. At 30,000 I had a ripped drivers door seal replaced. 2 days ago I replaced rear U-joints. Only 1 was dry (un-greasable), but since it was off I changed all 3 with greasable spicers ,only $65 with labor. Thats not too bad for a truck that tows sometimes 22,000 GVW & has some mods.
