Cloth Carpet to Vinyl carpet source???

I have a 2007 dodge 4x4 6 speed nv5600 with the stock cloth carpet and I want to get vinyl and switch it out. Where have you guys been buying your aftermarket vinyl carpet from and how much did you pay for it and how hard was the install?? Anybody know how much the vinyl is from Dodge that came in some 2007's??? I get to much mud in mine and its rotten on one side and need to be converted to rubber so wont happen again, thanks for any phone numbers, links, advice and stuff, i wish it had come new with rubber carpet to tell the truth. Do you have to take what out to install the new rubber/vinyl carpet and does it come with matt backing of somekind or what?? I been googling but so many sites i cant tell which is any good or a scam or good product??

I have a 2007 Quad Cab with Carpet and wanted to do the same thing. The Vinyl floor from the dealer was $347. 00. Swapping it out takes about 2 hours if you have never done it. Just take your time and it helps if you have someone to give you hand sliding the seats out. Have fun.
