2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Club Cab Swap

I have a 94 2500 regular cab LB with a rotted out cab and bed and would love to convert it to a club cab SB.



Has anybody done this?



Other than moving the cross member for the rear cab mounts & spring perches to acheive the proper wheel base what else is involved?
