I just bought a 97 3500 from the Dodge dealer ,about 2 weeks ago. When they pulled the inservice it never had any work other than a fuel sending unit replaced . The steering wheel has started clunking on turns. I thought I had read something about defective steering columns somewhere on the site, along with hood latches, and the throttle cable. Where would I go to get something I could print out,the dealer will not acknowledge any recall or retrofit needed of anything.
If this is not the case has anyone got any info on what I should be looking at or replacing . It is a very uncomfortable feeling when you go around a corner and the steering wheel clanks. Gee whiz , only a few days ago I was worried about the KDP.
