Cluster lights/cig. lighter not working

I had a sterio put in my truck now 1/2 my lights on cluster controls don`t work 1/2 my heat coltrol light doesn`t work & both my cig. lighters on dash dont work it has power to them. the holders show no continuity. is there a special lighter i must use. seems to be a small wire to put on a 20 Amp fuse.

If you have power to them and no continuity sounds to me like someone left a ground wire disconnected.
so far as your other issue.
IF you have a limited slip rear a "slight amount" of brake pressure will make both back tires turn. That's IF.
Dodge doesn't offer a limited slip/posi or anything else in the front diff (power wagon excluded) so no matter what you do only 1 front tire will grip. Unless you stick a tru-trac in the front.
