Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) clutch and fly wheel

It is time for me to put a new clutch in. Do I need to have the fly wheel resurfaced?

Yes, and if you are going to upgrade the power I would consider going to a 13" South Bend clutch because it will come with a new flywheel. They are costly but you get what you pay for. Just my . 02.

Thanks, another question. I am not planning on going too crazy with horse power. Somewhere around 300hp. Can I get away with using my stock fly wheel? What benefit would I get out of 13" fly wheel and would it change the feel of the transmission?
