Clutch change out. What misc parts do I need?

Gonna swap in a Southbend clutch and new flywheel into my NV5600.

Besides the components that come with the clutch kit, what else do I need?

Will most likely pull the transfer case first and then lower the transmission to access the clutch.

For this kind of job I usually need a lot of bandaids and an arsenal of swear words.

last time I put in a clutch I had to have a model specific clutch tool to get the clutch centered. JHawes is being conservative about swear words.

The clutch kit should come with a pilot shaft.

Just installed the Southbend clutch/flywheel/throwout bearing combo. Alignment tool comes with the clutch. Your gona love this clutch. Be sure to change the hydraulic actuator at this time, as mine failed 30 days after the new clutch change. The NV5600 is a handfull if you don't have a stought 3 way adjustable trani jack. It's a big job but not so big when you think of it as "one bolt/nut at a time". Good luck
