Any experiences with the clutches in the '01's manual 5-speed? Are they as stong as were in the first generations?

The stock clutch was fine. With 275 injectors, it was still great. It even held up when my FMS was at 30%. (all of this was unloaded) But when I bumped the box up to 63% and was beating on it in fifth gear going uphill, it was way

too much for the clutch. Slippage is an understatement.

I did some towing when the only mod that I had were the 275 injectors. The clutch did just fine. The lift pump on the other hand starved my VP. That was before I added gauges. The truck began to feel like it was missing.

Anyway, I won't be using the fueling box until I get a kit from Southbend.
