Has anybody had problems with a southbend clutch?

I put a southbend flywheel and clutch in at 67000 miles. The springs broke in the clutch with 17000 miles on it. Peter sent me a new clutch that is heavier than the previous one. I haven't run with it yet. I put on 90000 miles a year delivering storage sheds which is about as hard a pullin as anything I know. Just looking for something thats going to be reliable.

Southbend is about as good as it gets. :D There customer service is top of the line also. Personally, I only sell and install their brand when it comes to clutches

SBC has my vote for customer service, peter always takes care of his customers. i don't think you'll here anything bad to say about them, and there is a ton of heavy hitters with his clutches.

First bad thing I've heard about SBC's.

Hey Lmills, where'd you find that grille in your picture gallery? And where can I get one?

That grill was being sold by a local person that also sells firewood in the winter season. I haven't seen any more of them since this one at this particular shop. I can stop in and ask them if you would like. I have also seen a few others around that were similar
