I just installed a new clutch and pressure plate. . I believe the pressure plate is Luk... The clutch seems to hold good. . but is there a way to adjust the engagement location of the pedal. . Seems like if you barely push on the pedal is will slip. . and engages a little high on the pedal...

Is shortening the rod on the slave going to make a difference??? (I installed a short rod. . but it was only about . 100 shorter... ) I can't really tell if there was much change. . (could all be in my head too. . )

Thanks

Bryan

Your new clutch will ride a little high until it gets settled in, Don't run it too hard for the first 200-300 miles and it will be just fine after that. Mine did the same thing new then it settled to normal after that and held like a bear from then on.
