All - I've got about 11k miles on my truck. Ever since it was new, I've had an intermittent problem with the clutch where the pedal (when released) wouldn't come all the way up - it would stop maybe an inch or two from the top, hang there for 3-5 seconds, then pop up. Very annoying. Started getting more frequent, so, I'm trying to get it resolved.
First two trips to the dealer, they "couldn't reproduce the problem". Third visit, they acknowledged they saw a problem, poked around, and replaced the hydraulic cylinder. Picked up the truck, had it for ~10 mins, and returned to the dealer. Now, it's making a loud click (with and w/o the engine running) when you push it down (probably at about the halfway point). Loud enough that you hear it outside the truck.
Dealer still has it.
Has anyone had a similar problem? If so, what was your fix?
Thanks,
Mark
