Clutch Recomendations??

Was pulling only 15,500 GCW today up 89 into Flagstaff from Page and my tach told me something I didn't want to hear, my clutch is headed south. Step on it in any gear and I see it slip sliding away, d*mnit.



Anyone had this trouble with an ETH/DEE yet?



Recomended Clutch Opinions?



Still stock HO powered.

I just pulled my stock clutch out last Friday with 12K miles on it, and most running higher than stock power. It has signs of some abuse, as I towed quite often up to 14K-15K. But it still had a lot of lining left.



I installed the SBC Con FE, and it is a noticeable change. Haven't put too many miles on it this weekend, was busy on another 03 getting the works.

How do you feel about that FE? Is it wife friendly?

krabman, that depends on what your doing with the truck. I chose this particular clutch because of where I am headed for HP. Just installed the DD3's yesterday, and waiting for the DD turbo to show up when Keith says it is ready to go.



Somewhere between 500-550HP on #2 only.



For John, the 6 spd Con O was the best choice for what he needs.
