The clutch doesnt disengage completly when its on the floor. It shifts through the gears fine but if its placed in neutral with foot off clutch and then try to put it into gear it is very difficult to do so. The clutch engages when the pedal is almost all the way up off the floor. The clutch is a SBC OFE with about 10,000 miles on it and has a new needle bearing pilot bearing that was well greased when the clutch was installed. Its almost impossible to get it into reverse without shutting the engine off and once its in gear (reverse) I can feel a little clutch drag when the pedal is all the way down on the floor.

TIA

John
