Clutch replacement

Ok have done a ton of looking and searching. My question is, how difficult is it to change out the Clutch. I have access to a shop and heavy trans jack. And all the tools. Is it a pretty straight forward job. I have no doubts that I can do it. It just comes down to time. I have a call in to a local trans shop that that done all my Auto work for a price. Have the clutch and all the parts. Who has done it and what is a decent price for just getting it done and not having to worry about it. Never done one before thats why I am asking.
