clutch replacement

Ive purchased a SBC for my 01 HO 6sp 4x4 and was planing on doing the installation myself. Unfortantly my knee wont let me so I am going have someone do it. My question is, what is a fair price?

The "fair" price would have a lot to due with the local shops "going" rate I would asume with trouble it would take about 5 hrs at maybe $50 an hr, so maybe $250 to $300 or so?
