well over the weekend i have the chance to add the DD2 injectors. I am also running the new Banks Big Hoss box. Well with both of the together it is rather easy to make the clutch slip. looks like i will be in the market for a new clutch soon. Anyway this is something that i did not expect, 22mpg running 4wd from richmond Va to Charlotte NC. i was not running it the whole time but most of it. it is actually better than that because i am Running dunlop rover RV which are 315/75/r16. i dont know how to really find out the MPG but i am guessing its around 25. Pretty good for a 24 valve.

To determine fuel mileage first you have to determine how much your odometer is off by. Reset your trip odometer at a mile marker and then see what it reads at the next or better yet 10th mile marker. Now thatyou know the percentage of error you can apply that on a trip and divide gallons of fuel burned into the corrected mileage.

My 315/75/16 BFG Mudders are very close to being 10% off from my old 265/75/16's. If you do a search for Tire Calculators, there are many of them around. Try a search in the TDR as well, as this is not a new topic. Oo.

This tire size calculator says your speedo is 9. 3% too slow, when your speedo says 60 mph you are actually travelling 65. 6mph.

1000 miles divided 45. 4 gallons of fuel = 22 mpg normal speedo

but you actually drove 1000 * 109. 3% miles or 1093 miles

1093 miles divided by 45. 4 gallons of fuel = 24. 07

not bad mileage

Get much snow down there, I used to live in Quinton from 11/00 til 05/02.
