While pulling a 33 ft travel trailer, the clutch seems to slip once-in-a-while. I think the it slips when in 6th gear. The power pup is set on performance mode. Any thoughts? Is it a problem waiting to get worse?

I just had my first pull with the Xzillerator. The clutch will slip in 6th. when I really get into it. Like you I am wondering what's next. I am disappointed as it sure felt good when the little six banger was putting out. I tried it once more and there was slippage again so I set it back to "2" and left it there. I have lots of power on this setting and pretty well max out egt's any way. The clutch seems to hold in 5th but I had to get out of the throttle a little to keep under the 1350*. I guess I'll need to start saving for a clutch, a set of tires,?????. Damn thing is a money pit but I sure like it.

Your stock clutch will not hold that power long with that load. Only a matter of time. The higher the load and torque/hp the quicker your clutch is going to slip worse. Mine is doing it (fully expected it to) and am in the process of ordering a heavier duty one like a southbend con fe. Don't wait till your on that trip and hit a big hill and roll back to the bottom ;-)
