When I depress my clutch I hear a ringing sound. Almost a squeal?? Anyone hear know what could be going on? I could use some help...

Is it the original clutch? With that many miles on it, it's sure to be the throwout bearing is toast, will eventually wear away the fingers on the pressure plate. Toss a SBC in it and you will be good to go :D

Possible Pilot Bearing going bad.

When you depress the clutch, the pilot bearing is allowing the input shaft to spin free of the flywheel.

Thanks guys. Had my clutch replaced, went with SBC Rally, today. I do not have any horsepower mods so I do not need the more expensive powerful clutches that are out there. Had fly wheel turned and changed out all bearings. If anyone in the UT area is in need of a good mechanic for our trucks look no farther than Ken Jones of Performance Diesel. He does great work and is fast!!

Follow-up

What did you find on the removed parts, condition of pilot bearing, mainshaft pilot and clutch bearing. We just changed a 5 speed with about the same mileage and the TOB was dry and had the free spin sound of a bearing that didn't have any significant amount of grease in it. Clutch was on it's last leg.

The clutch was also on it's last leg. The pilot bearing was not in as bad of shape but the throw out was not looking good. Overall I am satisfied so far with the job. What a light clutch pedal I have now. Love it!!
