my stock clutch in my 04. 5 is grabbing at the top of the pedal, i tow a 12,000 5th wheel and i dont want to get stuck somewhere in BFE. there are no slipping issues , do you guys think its time to replace or theres still some life left in it? there is only 60 k on the truck no mods. Thanks for your help Bob

If the clutch is not engaging until the clutch pedal is moved almost to top of swing or full travel that is often a sign of excessive clutch wear and failure could occur soon.

60k is low mileage for a worn out clutch but it depends more on how the driver uses it than odometer mileage. Do you engage the clutch at idle speed then power up or do you rev the engine off idle and slip the clutch to start the load? Makes a big difference.
