I'm starting to have a dragging clutch, makes it nearly impossible to get in gear. Worse when its warm, almost normal when cold.

I noticed my normally rattling OFe isn't noisy now, but that might be because of the winter weather? Clutch seems to hold normal, just doesn't seem to fully release. I did check the pedal linkage, and found it loose... but that did not help my problem. I upgraded hydraulics when the OFe was installed less than 20k ago... and if I didn't know better, I'd guess the hydraulics are the problem.

I've tried to get hold of Lloyd, but without success. I guess my next step is to call SBC and see what they say, as it needs fixed before I trash the trans getting it into gear.

Did you find anything out on your clutch/shifting problems? I've got the same clutch and hydraulics and have a similar issue, but mine shifts normally when hot and is hard to shift when its cold.

I have the same problem but when it is cold. Once warmed up after 20 min of driving it goes in gear fine. When i let out the clutch i also get a loud squeeking sound almost like an old door but three time as loud. Its been doing that since it was installed so i guess its normal?
