Sounds like a clutch problem inside the bellhousing, where possibly the throwout bearing and steel gizmo (throwout arm?) that presses against it to disengage the clutch is either mis-assembled or not mating properly with it's pivot and/or clutch slave cylinder - you didn't lose any clutch cylinder fluid or get air in the system during the clutch change by any chance?

took the transmission out AGAIN, and found that I was given a fly wheel that does not match the clutch and the surface area of the fly wheel was coming in contact with the spring housing on the clutch, working on solution, we machined the fly wheel to allow for the clutch, we used the old fly wheel, original fly wheel inside measurements and took out enough to allow for the spring housing and additional wear to the clutch. Alot of time invested I will make some calls on Monday to see what can be done about cost that occured due to the wrong fly wheel being shipped with the new clutch and pressure plate, thanks Gary,
