Has anyone had any clutch problems yet? My truck has 11,500 miles on it. Sometimes it is almost impossible to get it into 1st or 2nd and when you put it into reverse it grinds into gear. It only does it about 50% of the time. I checked the transmission fluid and I checked the slave cylinder for leaks didn't notice any and the resivor is full. The clutch doesn't seem to be slipping at all. Maybe the slave cylinder isn't extending all of the way. Hopefully I can get it into the dealer later this week. With my luck it won't be doing it when I get to the dealer. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Mine works perfect and I've never heard it grind once. The only thing I noticed was an occasional slight shudder when shifting into 6th while towing. Maybe it's more of a operator thing though because it doesnt happen if I shift a little more gentle.

Mine has also been very smooth since day one. I have towed 8-10000 with it several times and had about 7500 on Saturday when I first noticed it. Now it does it about half the time. Since the clutch isn't slipping I am betting on the slave cylinder.

Mine was a little hard to shift when I first received the truck, but since installing a high quality synthetic, it now shift very nicely. I can get it to grind if the clutch pedal is not completely depressed, and it seems the last 3/4 inch of travel of the pedal is very critical.
