Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) clutch

my clutch just went out. my question is where can i find the tool to get the shifter out of my truck. i have a sb clutch to go in it and a 5th gear shaft. any help would be greatly appreciated.

Removing the shifter is like removeing a tail light bulb push in on the collar and turn it a 1/4 turn. A big pair of pliers or 2 big screw drivers have worked ok. It has a stong spring in it that has to be depressed before the collar will turn and then it pops out.
