Thanks to everyone for your input. I decided to purchase a CB mount from one of our fellow TDR brothers, Mike Brolin (MBrolin103@aol.com) and a Uniden PC78LTW. I will mount it to the seat bolts on top of the transmission hump. I will have to run an external speaker for it. Mike has also posted on TDR about his mount. Do a search for CB mount and you should find it.
