code 0602 won't go away

i have a 04. 5 with ats converter and valve body. banks intercooler, afe proguard 7 stage 1, predator plug in module & 245/70-19. 5's. i've cleared this 0602 code from the truck several times. its been on going with all performance thing removed with the exception of the ats trans parts. I'm TOLD by the DEALER that there is nothing they can do because it is the aftermarket parts that is causing it. I've tried removing them and they say sorry we can not help. can anyone help. this code also has another symtom. when it trips i can feel the performance differance but does not trip the engine light. when checked with the dodge tool it's there. they clear it and on a 7 mile trip home and checked again with may ats xcelarator there it is again. does this have anything to do with my white smoke problem or is it 2 different problems.
