Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) code 1693?

what does this mean ?about a week ago the gauges went up and down off and on the transmission went up and down at 55mph the check engie light came on and off a few times then stayed on for a few days then went off and today i took it to autozone and the code reader showed 1693 and1698 code 1693 is i looked it up and it said turbo charge control circit malfunction i could not find 1698 it just said no ccd messages received from pcm and bus communicationfailure to pcm a companion dtc was set in both ecm and pcm help thanks

Got in the truck today and when I got on it, it didn't seem to run like it had been. It didn't seem to be fueling near as hard especialy at lower rpms. Checked to codes and the 1693 code came up. Got on here did a search and found this thread since its so new I hope someone has an answer for you. I just put the comp on a week ago but didn't tap the wire.
