Code 2609 Intake Air...

What would cause an Intake air heater relay to melt on one terminal?

Besides changing out the relay what else should I check for?

(Grid heater, etc?)

Hard to believe the grid shorted . may not hurt to pull the grid for inspection.

Was the connection corroded or slightly loose?

It may have been slightly loose and corroded. The other terminals didn't seem very tight when I removed them.
