Code Clearing?

Ok, so i see most all the boxes throw codes it seems. How or can they all be cleared so when you go to the dealer all codes are cleared? Laptop and software or can I purchase a OBII scanner to clear?

Actron OBD II scanner will clear 'em.

I just bought an Actron OBD II on sale at Pep Boys for 90-something. Don't know if that's a deal or not, but it's super easy to use.
