Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Code Help

I did the key thing & came up w\ these codes-1693-ECU-0216. My truck is stock except for 4`` exhaust,pressure gauge,transmission temp gauge. What problems are in store for me. Thanks

p1693 is a companion code, take it to AutoZone or somewhere like that and have them run a scan on it.

p0216 is injection pump failure.

Looks like a new VP in your near future.

If you're still under warranty its free, take it to the dealership and tell them to fix it, if not there are a few people on TDR that can probably help you out with getting one reasonable. Sorry.
