Code P0073

I changed my oil today, I removed the intake tube from the airbox to gain access. When I finished, I forgot to connect the electrical connection on top of the airbox. I started it and got the check engine light with code P0073.

I did a search and found this code is prob. related to this sensor. My question is will it reset it self? Will I do damage to it if I drive it like this?

It will clear after 9 restarts as long as the condition does not recur.
