Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) code P0222

Does this mean the apps has to be replaced ? I got the code after cleaning the batt. posts to clear up transmission shift problems then the crz. control wouldn't lock in and I have an MIL , clearing the codes from the ecm and pcm didn't help also reset apps no help

Try recalibrating the APPS turn ign on (do not start) press peddle to floor very slow and release very slow that recalibrates the APPS

Thanks I have recalibrated it several times no help, truck runs fine no flat spots mpg is normal and it starts in cold weather just don''t like to stare at that MIL
