code P0477

[Grunt]

Code P0477... Exhaust Pressure Control Relay Low



A friends '03 has a "stumble" at high speeds. P0477 code comes up. Has anyone had this problem? How does one go about fixing it?

i looked in my 04. 5 up manual and that code is for exhaust brakes. Maybe some one else can chime in for the earlier models
