1757 is a transmission code, "governor pressure above 3psi in gear with 0 mph". Listed possible causes include open, intermittent, or shorted circuits, burnt oil or excessive debris in the pan, or problems with the OD/TCC solenoid assembly, valve body, or PCM. Basically the test in the diagnostics manual is to install a pressure gauge to check the actual pressure in drive idling with the brakes on and, if it is over 3psi then replace the valve body. I'm no transmission expert, I'm just paraphrasing from the manual.
